OUR STORY
My name is David and my partner in crime is Marla. Both Beaver County born “yinzers”. I started cooking while in High School and went on to graduate from the International Culinary Academy in Pittsburgh and continued my education at the CIA in Napa Valley, CA in the early 1990’s. Established in 2022, Fat Cat Mac Attack Food Truck serves up delicious Creamy and Cheesy Mac and Cheese. Superior service, exceptional quality & family owned. We’re proud to offer the most delectable, creamiest, gourmet Mac & Cheese you’ll find in Pittsburgh and surrounding counties.
